Andrew Boff suspended from Tory conference after criticism during Suella Braverman speech
Former Tory mayoral candidate ejected from Suella speech Braverman at a conference after she accused her of a «homophobic tirade» over her comments on gender issues.
Footage posted on social media shows Andrew Boff, a member of the London Assembly, sitting in the main hall and shouting at the Minister of Internal Affairs said: “Gender ideology. White privilege. Anti-British history.
“The evidence shows that if this poison is not challenged, the situation will only get worse.”
The Conservative politician interrupted Ms Braverman as she addressed members and said: «There is no such thing as gender ideology.»

Mr Boff has previously said he hopes to stand for mayor of London six times and has sat in the London Assembly since 2008.
After the incident he said: “I’ve been a loyal Tory for 50 years. This nonsense about gender ideology makes our Conservative Party look transphobic and homophobic. That's not what the Conservative Party does.»
Mr Boff had again hoped to be selected as the Conservative candidate for mayor of the capital this year, but was not shortlisted.
He criticized Ms Braverman's «ridiculous» language after he was removed from the main chamber.
He said: «This Home Secretary has essentially vilified gays and transgender people with this attack on LGBT or gender ideology . This is fiction, it's funny.
“This is a signal to people who don’t like LGBT+ people.”
He added: “Such words on the forum of the party I love must be challenged.”
