The “special” sedans and crossovers will be released in a limited edition: the total circulation is limited to 130 copies. The cars will be offered to customers in the North American market.
The Italian brand Alfa Romeo launched its four-door Giulia on the market in 2016, and a year later it was joined by the Stelvio crossover; these “relatives” experienced their last major restyling in 2022. Let us remind you that the sedan and crossover have “charged” versions with the addition of Quadrifoglio to the name; they were updated last spring, at the same time the anniversary series debuted with the addition of 100th Anniversario. Now the brand, owned by the auto giant Stellantis, has presented the “hot” Giulia and Stelvio in a special Carbon Edition.

The updated Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio recently reached dealers in the States. Moreover, it has now become known that the manufacturer has prepared a surprise for the North American market: we are talking about “charged” sedans and crossovers Carbon Edition, which will be produced in a limited edition — only 130 copies.
The main difference between the “carbon” versions of Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio from the usual top versions is the presence of carbon fiber elements. Thus, the branded radiator grille, side sills and side mirror housings are made of this material. They are supplied with gold-colored brake calipers, and the model nameplates are designed in black.
The “special” Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio was equipped with 19-inch wheels, and as an option the sedan can be equipped with a carbon fiber roof. In turn, the “charged” SUV received 21-inch “rollers”. The body of cars in the special Carbon Edition can be painted in one of three color options — Vulcano Black, Alfa Red and Rosso Etna.
The interior of the limited edition Carbon Edition cars also received several updates: these cars were equipped with carbon fiber decor, as well as sports seats trimmed in red leather (the “regular” Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio can only have it in black). The standard equipment of such sedans and crossovers includes a full set of ADAS and a Harman Kardon sound system.
The technology of the “carbon” special versions is standard, so the “charged” sedan and crossover are equipped with a 2.9-liter V6 biturbo engine; in the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio versions for the States, its power is 512 hp and the maximum torque is 600 Nm . The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission from ZF. The four-door has only rear-wheel drive, while the SUV has only all-wheel drive.
The prices of the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio Carbon Edition are already known. Americans can buy a sedan for $84,875, and a crossover for $92,275 (which is 4 thousand and 5.5 thousand dollars more than the “just” Quadrifoglio version, respectively). Such cars will reach Alfa Romeo dealers in the States in the fourth quarter of 2023.
