On October 31, the official dealer, and now an importer of commercial equipment and spare parts in Russia, held an open day for the company’s clients and partners . Alexey Ivanov, General Director of Alliance Trucks, told reporters about what is happening on the commercial equipment market in the new Russian realities and what own projects allow them not only to maintain, but also to develop their positions.
The company has long been one of the largest players in the segment with four sales and service points for trucks, focusing mainly on manufacturers of such Japanese-Korean brands as Isuzu, Hino, Fuso and Hyundai.
In connection with the latest changes, which resulted in the actual cessation of the activities of distributors and, as a consequence, direct official deliveries from Japan, Alliance Trucks has developed its own program for importing Japanese cars from China, and spare parts from the United Arab Emirates , where the company's sales office is now open.
However, based on current trends and customer needs, Alliance Trucks represents Korean Daewoo, Chinese medium-duty DongFeng and heavy Shacman dump trucks as an official dealer.
Also at the open day, light-duty KAMAZ KOMPAS 5 and DongFeng CAPTAIN-T vehicles with various superstructures produced in Nizhny Novgorod were presented.
< p>Another news was that Alliance Trucks is now expanding its product line to include heavy dump trucks and tractors. These are imported by current distributors and importers Daewoo Novus and Shacman, as well as HINO 700 and ISUZU GIGA from their own parallel import supplies.
Due to the fact that Alliance Trucks service facilities, located in four locations in Moscow, are designed primarily for medium-duty vehicles, it is likely that a fifth flagship sales and service point for heavy-duty vehicles and semi-trailers will soon open. This will be achieved by the fact that in 2023 alone, over 500 units of equipment will be sold worth over 4 billion rubles, and the company plans to increase sales volume to 1000-1500 units per year.
Developing In the direction of e-commerce and digital marketing for spare parts, Alliance Trucks, based on its own mobile application, will implement a global STOCK of available cars for sale. Due to the fact that many advertisements with non-existent product items are published on the Internet, the main feature of this project will be verification of the actual availability of machines located both within the country and those that can be quickly delivered from parallel imports.
And as part of the event, the owner of the company Alexey Ivanov presented his own website a-ivanov.com, which describes how business with its rich history, and about the secrets of success that made it possible to achieve x10 growth over the 10 years of the company’s operation.
