MOSCOW, 31 Oct. TNT Music faces a fine of up to 16 million rubles for LGBT propaganda, information about this is posted on the website of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow.
The cases were registered with the department on October 30 against Fonbet TV LLC (founder of TNT Music and two radio stations. — Ed.). It is noted that the company received four protocols at once.
The documents indicate Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia, which is responsible for the dissemination of information demonstrating non-traditional sexual relationships among minors.
The maximum penalty under this article for legal entities is up to four million rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
What exactly became the reason for initiating administrative cases is unknown. The date for the meeting on them has not yet been set.
