PYATIGORSK, November 14 A man stole about 1.6 thousand lottery tickets from a trading kiosk in the city of Pyatigorsk, a criminal case was opened against him, reports the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Stavropol region.
“A criminal case has been opened in Pyatigorsk regarding the theft of lottery tickets… It was established that at night a man entered a trade stall through a window and stole about 1.6 thousand lottery tickets. On some he managed to erase the protective layer and, nothing Having won, he threw them out… The amount of damage amounted to about 140 thousand rubles,” the department reports on its Telegram channel.
As the department notes, law enforcement officers seized the remaining part and handed it over to the rightful owner.
