ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 15. An explosion occurred at an unauthorized landfill in Taganrog, Rostov region, a forklift driver was injured, regional governor Vasily Golubev reported on the Telegram channel.
«An explosion occurred in Taganrog at an unauthorized landfill on the Nikolaevskoe highway, while removing garbage with a front loader. The driver of the loader was injured — he is now being assisted by doctors,» he wrote.
Specialists are working on site, all necessary services are involved, the causes of the explosion are being established, he added.
