BELGOROD, November 20. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military fired more than 40 shells at four border regions, and two settlements were attacked by four kamikaze drones, the regional governor said Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.
On Monday, the governor released statistics showing that the Ukrainian military fired 46 shells into four border municipalities.
“In the Grayvoronsky urban district in the village of Poroz, an infrastructure communications facility was attacked by two kamikaze drones. There were no casualties. Two mortar shells were fired on the outskirts of the village of Dronovka,” Gladkov wrote.
He added that in the Belgorod district, 4 artillery shells were fired at the village of Krasny Khutor, and in the Volokonovsky district, the outskirts of the Stary village were shelled 31 times from a mortar.
“In the Shebekinsky urban district, the village of Murom came under mortar fire – 9 arrivals were recorded. In the village of Sereda, the enemy attacked with the help of two kamikaze drones,” Gladkov said.
A high (yellow) level of terrorist danger has been established throughout the Belgorod region since April 11, 2022. The need to introduce a regime is caused by the aggravation of the situation on the Ukrainian-Russian border and the increased activity of the Ukrainian military in the border areas. The length of the Ukrainian border with the Belgorod region is 350 kilometers.
