PIONEER is the winner of the Urban Awards 2023

On November 23, a solemn ceremony was held to award the winners of the prestigious Urban Awards 2023. The developer PIONEER received three awards, confirming its leadership in the premium segment.

«Person of the Year» » According to the Urban Awards 2023, Leonid Maksimov became a shareholder of the company. The award recognizes the executive's strategic vision, visionary vision and contribution to the development of the entire real estate market. Leonid Maksimov has received this award for the second time, which emphasizes the success of the development of the entire company under his leadership.

The premium residential quarter SHIFT was awarded in the category “Discovery of the Year: Architectural Concept of a Residential Quarter.” The project will bring visual diversity to the development of the Don region. Its architectural concept was developed by the Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners bureau. The authors used the principle of modular architecture in modeling the five towers of the complex: identical elements are assembled in different compositions, forming original volumes. Thanks to the geometry of the towers, each offers views of Neskuchny Garden, Gorky Park, Moscow City and Moscow State University.

The PRIDE family complex received an award in the special category “Premium Choice of Parents”: the victory was determined by both the choice of the jury and the vote of users. Even at the project level, the developer laid down solutions for internal infrastructure and public spaces that are valuable for family buyers: an educational center, safe cozy courtyards, a pedestrian boulevard accessible to all residents of the area.

Finalist in the “Best” nomination «Moscow's elite class complex» became the OPUS club house, being built on Derbenevskaya embankment, designed by the bureau «Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners». The architecture of the house on the embankment is distinguished by cascading terraces.

Thoughtful volume and layout of living spaces open up views of the water from 88% of apartments.

The Moscow Urban Awards is an annual award within the framework of which evaluates the best solutions for urban development of residential real estate in the capital region. This year the jury considered 121 candidates for victory in 27 nominations.
