In the press The service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region was informed that the mother of a schoolboy who threw snowballs at the Eternal Flame in Nizhny Novgorod was brought to administrative responsibility for improper upbringing of the child.
The department clarified that the incident occurred on November 26 at the stele to railway soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War. There were three schoolchildren there, one of whom was throwing snow into the flames of the Eternal Flame.
At that moment a man passed by, who made a remark to the boy. The student ran away.
“Law enforcement officers identified all participants in the incident and held an explanatory conversation with them. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the boy’s mother under Part 1 of Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” the press service noted.
