PIONEER company has launched the first apartments in the 10th section of the family premium residential quarter PRIDE. The complex is being built on Polkovaya Street: active work is underway on concreting the foundation slab.

The height of the free-standing tower in PRIDE will be 22 floors. The object with architecture from the APEX bureau is the compositional dominant of the project and stands out in the overall concept of the residential quarter due to its planning and façade solutions: each residential floor is framed by a line of balconies and terraces of variable depth, and the cladding material is a modern durable transparent material with a decorative copper-look metal frame, due to which the geometry of the tower reveals itself differently depending on the angle. The architecture of the 10th section with the rest of the buildings of the residential quarter is united by panoramic glazing and facade material made of architectural glass fiber reinforced concrete with decorative copper inserts.
The private lobby of the free-standing tower will have an area of more than 200 square meters. m. As in the entire quarter, the design of public spaces will be developed by the Sundukovy Sisters bureau. The interior of the lobby of the 10th section will be distinguished by dark tones: elevator halls and pylons will be made using black metal. In the lobby itself there will be a sofa area with a library, as well as service rooms – a stroller room, a bicycle room, a pet washing room, a reception, and a mail room. The underground parking in the tower will be connected to the rest of the buildings in the quarter. At its levels there are also cellars with an area of 3.5 to 6 square meters. m.
In the 10th section, the project provides for 227 unfinished apartments ranging from 30.5 to 130 sq. m. m with a ceiling height of 3 m to 3.6 m in penthouses on the top floor. Planning solutions include lots from compact studios to spacious apartments with three bedrooms, with increased area of kitchen-living rooms and dressing rooms, master bedrooms, which are complemented by view balconies and terraces of up to 19 square meters. m, which can be accessed from almost every room. From the windows of the tower there will be panoramas of the Ostankino TV Tower and Moscow City.
