VORONEZH, December 10 The village of Tetkino and the village of Popovo-Lezhachi in the Kursk region were left without electricity due to shelling from Ukraine, the residents were not injured, the governor said Kursk region Roman Starovoit in the Telegram channel.
The enemy attacked the Glushkovsky district, on the territory of which the village of Tetkino and the village of Popovo-Lezhachi are located, on Sunday afternoon.
«None of the residents were injured. The power line was damaged, the village of Tetkino and the village of Popovo-Lezhachi were cut off. The settlements were left without electricity,» Starovoit said.
The governor promised that electricians would begin restoring power as soon as it was safe.
Glushkovsky district is one of the six border districts of the Kursk region, regularly exposed to shelling from Ukraine.
