DOM.RF Group received a record number of awards at the Cbonds Awards 2023. The presentation took place at the XXI Russian Bond Congress, which is the largest event in the field of capital markets in Russia.

< p class="doc__text">Attracting investment in the housing sector is one of the key tasks of the Development Institute, which is represented on the debt market by four bond issuers. This year, DOM.RF confirmed its status as one of the largest participants in the capital market, receiving the “Issuer of the Year” award in the financial sector.

Issues of mortgage bonds with the guarantee of DOM.RF (MCB DOM.RF ) were awarded in two categories at once. A market issue secured by a preferential mortgage, which aroused widespread investor interest, was recognized as the “Best Securitization Transaction.” The “ESG Issue of the Year in the Financial Sector” award was awarded to Russia’s first placement of sustainable development mortgage bonds.

The sixth issue of SOPF “Infrastructure Bonds” was recognized as the “Social Issue of the Year”, which became the largest placement of bonds to finance infrastructure since the launch of the mechanism in 2021 and attracted a record number of private investors.

Bank DOM.RF received the “Best Initial Placement in the Banking Sector” award for the first issue of “green” bonds in Russia to refinance loans for project financing of energy-efficient residential buildings. The bank was also awarded as the organizer of placements of bond issues of its clients from the corporate and construction sectors, recognized as the best deals of the year — awards were given to placements of bonds of Norilsk Nickel, developers Etalon and Legend.

Since 2006, the Cbonds Awards have been one of the most prestigious awards in the field of financial markets and are held as part of the Cbonds Bond Congress, which is a landmark event in the field of financial markets.
