The French actress who accused Gerard Depardieu of sexual assault died after throwing herself into the Seine from a bridge in Paris.

The Paris prosecutor's office said that on November 29, Debevere's partner reported that she “left home, leaving a disturbing note.”

Darras, who worked as an extra, was 26 years old at the time of the alleged incident.
On Thursday, the Paris prosecutor's office confirmed that it had filed a legal complaint. Now they must decide whether to investigate or not.
Depardieu has been under investigation since December 2020 on charges of rape and sexual assault following another complaint from actress Charlotte Arnoux, who said the actor raped her twice in his Paris home home in August. 2018.
