The Bryansk Regional Court found the defendant guilty of committing crimes under Part 3 of Art. 30, art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted high treason, that is, the commission by a citizen of the Russian Federation of switching to the side of the enemy) and under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 art. 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation).
