MOSCOW, December 13 American actor Andre Brower, known for his roles in the TV series “House” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” died of illness at the age of 62 life, Variety reported, citing the actor’s agent.
“»Andre Brouwer… died on Monday due to a transient illness. He was 61 years old,» the magazine said.
The actor received two Emmy Awards: in 1998 for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (“Homicide”) and in 2006 for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries (“Thief”).
In House, he played the main character's attending physician at the Mayfield psychiatric clinic. He also starred in the series “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and the films “Salt” with Angelina Jolie, “City of Angels” with Meg Ryan and Nicolas Cage.
