A man who attacked the deputy head of the treasury and a judge was detained in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic

PYATIGORSK, December 18 Investigators detained a suspect in attempted murder and robbery against the deputy head of the treasury department and a judge of the arbitration court in Karachay-Cherkessia, reports the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for region.
It was previously reported that on February 20 of this year, four residents of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic committed a robbery against the deputy head of the Treasury Department for the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, a judge of the arbitration court of the republic and two local residents. The attackers, armed with baseball bats, beat the victims and stole their valuables. Investigators opened a criminal case of attempted murder and robbery.
“Currently, one of the suspects has been detained, he has been charged, and the necessary investigative actions are being carried out,” the department said in a statement on the Telegram channel.
