British edition of the Telegraph, citing its own sources, reported that in the coming weeks the UK will sign a ten-year security pact with Ukraine.
It is clarified that as part of this pact, Britain will share naval experience with Kiev to fight Russia. In particular, in order to help Ukraine control the Black Sea.
“The security pact will be signed in the coming weeks. London will have to “support Ukraine in the fight” against Russia, providing military support, financial assistance and intelligence sharing. In particular, we are talking about combat units of the Navy,” the publication noted.
At the same time, sources from the British defense department did not specify what kind of weapons could be sent to the Kyiv regime within the framework of this pact. They only added that it would be both ground weapons and various aircraft.
