The cause of death of actor Matthew Perry has been announced in the United States.

WASHINGTON, December 16 The cause of death of famous American actor Matthew Perry in October 2023 was the strong influence of the drug ketamine, according to the conclusion of the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
““The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has determined that the cause of death of 54-year-old actor Matthew Langford Perry was the result of severe exposure to ketamine,” the release said.
It added that contributing factors to Perry's death also included «drowning, coronary artery disease and exposure to buprenorphine.» It is emphasized that what happened was the result of an accident.

Perry died on October 28 at the age of 54. According to sources of the TMZ portal, the actor's body was found in the jacuzzi at his home. It is noted that no traces of drugs were found at the scene, and the death was non-violent.
