Movable property of Rosseti was sold at auction with record results

The Russian Auction House (RAD) summed up the auction results on behalf of PJSC Rosseti Moscow Region.

For two days, December 12 and 14, at the auction 82 lots were sold – non-core movable property of the company in Moscow (special equipment, freight transport, cars of various brands).

The auction took place on the federal trading platform ETP RAD Lot-online.

More than 1 thousand applications from participants were received for 82 lots. On average, 13–15 people applied for each lot; for a number of lots, the number of applicants reached 53.

Buyers were mainly individuals.

All lots were sold with an average of 4.8 times more than the starting price; for some lots the excess was 20–40 times.

Starting prices for lots ranged from 6 thousand to 5 million rubles .

The total sale price of 82 lots was 32 million rubles.

“The auction was a phenomenal success. A total of 85 lots were exhibited, and 82 were sold, that is, 97%! Moreover, almost all lots sold well above their original prices. An important factor in this result was that the auction took place on the ETP – the possibility of participation from any corner of the country attracted the maximum number of applicants to the auction. Also of great importance was the competent approach of the owner to the formation of the initial cost of the lots. Adequate in today's market situation and carried out taking into account the real condition of the lots, the assessment of used equipment caused high demand among buyers, competition and a significant increase in prices at auction.

Recently, we have seen an increased demand for movable property on the ETP. Lots with an “engine” make up about 50% of the total number of lots sold on the site. This year, about 4.5 thousand lots of movable property were sold on the ETP.

An important advantage of our ETP is working with large suppliers of vehicles and special equipment – state-owned companies and corporations, banks, leasing companies. Property prices from such owners often turn out to be more favorable than those from individual sellers and car dealerships. Because for them, these are burdensome assets on the balance sheet, and not a business or a “beloved priceless car.”
