With reference to the city headquarters of the Investigative Committee, it was reported that Tyutin, out of personal hostility towards his acquaintance, decided to organize his murder; for this purpose, no later than December 2023, he attracted another acquaintance as a potential perpetrator, giving him information about the future victim located in Turkey, and promising money for killing this man. But the alleged killer contacted law enforcement agencies and reported the impending murder. The source reported that Tyutin’s victim was supposed to be the lover of his current wife.
As the department previously reported, in January 2021, Tyutin was sentenced to 23 years in prison for organizing in 2005 the murder of his former business partner, his wife and their two minor children, as well as for “organizing preparations for the murder for hire” of the daughter of his ex-wife’s sister in 2018. From July 2022 to January 2023, Tyutin participated in a special military operation as part of a private military company.
