MOSCOW, December 23 American actor Charlie Sheen was attacked in his own home in Los Angeles; a neighbor tried to strangle him, the TMZ portal reports, citing law enforcement agencies.

As the portal notes, the actor does not understand what caused the attack.
According to the portal, the same neighbor recently doused his car with some kind of sticky liquid and threw garbage in front of his door. The portal emphasizes that the woman was detained.
Sheen is known for his roles in films such as “Wall Street”, “The Chase”, “Scary Movie 3”, “Machete Kills” and others. The actor also starred in the TV series “Two and a Half Men” and “Friends”.
