MOSCOW, December 26 Flight tests of the Soyuz-2 rocket complex at the Vostochny cosmodrome have been completed, Roscosmos CEO Yuri Borisov said in an interview with the TV channel «Russia 24»
«Flight tests of the Soyuz-2 rocket and space complex have been completed,» Borisov said.
According to him, the launch and technical complexes have passed almost all experimental testing.
The Vostochny Cosmodrome has been under construction in the Amur region since 2012. As part of the first phase, a launch complex for the Soyuz-2 rockets was built, and as part of the second, the infrastructure for the Angara rockets is being built.
First launch » Union» from Vostochny took place on April 28, 2016. After that, 14 more missiles were launched from there.
