Housing conditions have improved for 46 thousand families, said Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM.RF Bank Alexey Kosyakov.
In the top 5 regions by volume issuances this year included Moscow and the region (a total of 96.2 billion rubles, an increase of 1.3 times compared to last year), the Krasnodar Territory (about 17 billion rubles, 2 times), St. Petersburg (16. 3 billion rubles, 1.3 times), Tyumen region (11.1 billion rubles, 1.7 times) and Primorsky Krai (8.6 billion rubles, 1.6 times).
Among the leaders are also Novosibirsk (8.5 billion rubles, 1.4 times), Leningrad (7.6 billion rubles, 1.2 times), Sverdlovsk (7.3 billion rub., 1.1 times) regions, the Republic of Tatarstan (7.2 billion rubles, 1.5 times) and the Rostov region (6.5 billion rubles, 1.7 times).
< p class="doc__text">According to Alexey Kosyakov, the end of the year is traditionally characterized by rush demand; over the past week, the volume of housing loans has increased by more than one and a half times compared to the first week of December.
The largest volume of loans in 2023 fell on “Family Mortgage” — 35%. Another 31.5% took out a mortgage under the “Preferential for new buildings”, 16% — under the program for IT specialists. According to the market price, 9.5% was registered on the secondary market. Another 3.5% — under the standard program for new buildings without state support and 2.5% — under the Far Eastern program.
