Novikombank successfully completed a transaction to organize the issue of digital financial assets (DFAs) in the form of rights of monetary claim against JSC MIA. Novikombank acted as the organizer and key investor of the issue.
DFA in the form of rights of claim against JSC Intersectoral Investment Agency in the amount of 50 million rubles. with a maturity of 1 year were placed among investors registered on the operator’s platform.
This is the second transaction implemented by Novikombank using digital financial assets. Earlier, Novikombank, Evrofinance Mosnarbank and UOMZ completed the first placement of a DFA, which became the debut project of financing companies of the Rostec state corporation in the form of a DFA and the result of cooperation between banks that are part of the RT-Finance holding, as well as one of the leading companies of the Shvabe holding.
The current deal is the release of digital financial assets for an enterprise in the SME segment outside of Rostec.

AO Intersectoral Investment Agency is a technological platform. As part of the signed long-term agreement with the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Metro”, in October 2016, it successfully launched a project to place non-stationary retail facilities (automated trading zones) on the territory of the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Metro”.
