The number of Putin's trusted representatives may grow to 600 people
The number of proxies of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin may increase from 346 people to 600. The press secretary of the election headquarters, Alexandra Suvorov, announced this on Thursday, December 28. She stated that the preparation of documents for these people continues.
“The preparation of documents for the candidate’s proxies continues. Their total number could be up to 600 people,” Suvorova said.
Recall that according to the lists currently presented, Vladimir Putin will be represented during the election campaign by Sergei Bezrukov, Larisa Dolina, known as SHAMAN Yaroslav Dronov, Nikolai Tsiskaridze, Yuri Bashmet and others. The list also included doctor Leonid Bokeria, coach Irina Viner, TV presenter Yulia Baranovskaya, members of the Human Rights Council Marina Akhmedova, Igor Ashmanov and others.
Recall that the Central Election Commission registered a group of voters in support of Putin on December 20.
The Russian presidential elections are scheduled for March 17, 2024. Voting in the elections will last three days, starting March 15.
