Expert Knutov: “Zelensky was congratulated on the New Year and warned”
Our Aerospace Forces staged an unprecedented bomb apocalypse against the enemy before the New Year holidays. More than 100 strikes were carried out in almost all regions of Ukraine. An assortment of drones, hypersonic “Daggers”, ballistic and cruise missiles of other types, S-300 missiles, as well as aircraft X-22 or X-32 landed in Kiev, Odessa, Kharkov, Lvov and other cities. On the night of December 28, the most massive strikes in recent times were carried out on the territory of Ukraine. By morning alone, more than 100 arrivals were recorded in various cities of Ukraine, but the attacks continued during the day. As Ukrainian Air Force speaker Yuriy Ignat said, “We have never seen so many targets simultaneously on our monitor.”
In Kyiv alone, according to morning data, more than 10 arrivals were recorded. Due to the explosion, the building of the Lukyanovskaya metro station and the railway station were damaged. In addition, there were hits at the location of Western air defense:

In Odessa, locals noted three arrivals through the port infrastructure. After the strikes, a fire also started at a critical infrastructure facility in Lviv. It was also reported that in Lvov there was an end to the barracks of the Academy of Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was once graduated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Zaluzhny. An arrival was also recorded at the facilities of the Yavorov training ground in the Lviv region, where NATO instructors and foreign mercenaries are traditionally stationed.
Severe destruction was also recorded at the Yuzhmash plant in Dnepropetrovsk. Let us remind you that rockets are produced there and Storm Shadow is stored. In addition, the military notes, it is very likely that our S-400 and VKS complexes have opened a hunt for enemy aircraft. which hastily began to be lifted from the airfields.
“According to reports from the field, the deployment and production sites of Storm Shadow long-range missiles, airfields and Ukrainian Armed Forces aircraft located on them came under a massive attack by high-precision missiles (it is alleged that the enemy lost at least 3),” sources said.

According to military expert, director of the Museum of Air Defense Forces Yuri Knutov, our massive strikes are a response to renewed attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces:
– Zelensky, after the press conference of President Putin, expressed close to common-sense views on the conduct of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine – he started talking about the need to stop the “meat assaults” in Krynki, there were also hints about the withdrawal of troops from Avdiivka. But literally a day later he seemed to have forgotten about everything and aggressive attacks began again along almost the entire front line. No matter what area you look at, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are now trying to attack everywhere. Despite the fact that we are in active defense and are moving forward, the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not spare people. Unfortunately, Zelensky is pursuing a policy of genocide against the Ukrainian people.
Another reason for such a massive strike, the expert believes, was the latest attacks on our planes:
– An ambush attack was carried out on our Su-34 aircraft. There is information that the Patriot complex could have been disguised. It was allegedly located on a train and moved in this way in the Kharkov region. In addition, this is a defiant, I would say, arrogant appeal from Zelensky to our pilots that air supremacy will pass to Ukraine, especially after the appearance of F-16 aircraft. Zelensky is not a military man, he simply does not know many points and makes rather stupid statements.
According to Knutov, the current strike was a warning to Zelensky:
– But in any case, a powerful blow that was struck – it was a warning blow. I believe that this is a New Year’s “congratulations” to Zelensky and his team, a hint that we have not started yet, but if we do, it will be much worse. Therefore, he was thus “recommended” to think about his calls to continue the military conflict with Russia, to prolong it as much as possible, and to prepare for a new “counter-offensive.” He has now been given the opportunity to assess the consequences of one strike and think about what if there are 10 or 20 such strikes, what will happen to the country and what will happen to the people. Moreover, now the cold weather is coming and the intensification of the conflict will affect ordinary people due to Zelensky.
