MOSCOW, January 4 Reporting of non-profit organizations (NPOs) in Russia will be transferred to electronic form from September 2024.
Last year, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation developed a draft federal law providing for the unification of reporting of non-profit organizations and optimization of the procedure for its presentation.
The single unified form will be submitted to the Ministry of Justice of Russia only in electronic form. In this case, the obligation to submit reports to the Ministry of Economic Development and Rosstat is excluded.
In this way, NPOs will be spared the need to submit several reports at different times and to different departments.
Reporting will be submitted through a special electronic platform. Each registered NPO is provided with a personal account, which can be entered through State Services.
There are currently about 215 thousand NPOs operating in Russia.
