MOSCOW, January 6A fire occurred in a house on Bolshaya Tulskaya Street in Moscow; traffic in the area is difficult, according to the Telegram channel of the capital’s transport department.
“One lane out of four is available for traffic towards the region. We recommend driving around this area,” the message says.
The department clarified that city emergency services are currently working on the spot. The circumstances of the incident and information about the victims are being clarified.
Later, the press service of the capital's head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the fire had been extinguished.
«At 21.16 on 01/06/2024, during the operational duty shift of the Control Center in crisis situations, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the city of Moscow received a report of a fire at the address: Bolshaya Tulskaya street, building 2. The measures taken at 22.16 extinguished the fire,” the press service said.
It is specified that the fire occurred on the balcony of one from apartments on the 11th floor. There were no reports of casualties.
