KRASNODAR, January 8 Investigators have opened a criminal case against an attacker who attacked three people with a knife, including an 11-year-old girl, on the street of Krasnodar, the SUSC reported in Kuban.
Earlier, the city Department of Internal Affairs announced an attack with a knife on the street of the regional capital, as a result of which three people were injured. It is noted that the man was detained immediately at the scene and placed under administrative arrest for 10 days. He was previously convicted of theft.
“A criminal case has been opened on two counts of crimes under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism with the use of weapons),” the statement says.
According to the investigation, on the evening of January 2, on Burgasskaya Street, a 37-year-old drunk man “unreasonably” stabbed an 11-year-old girl in the shoulder, then also struck a passer-by in the neck and back for no reason. man, and then stabbed a woman in the face as she left the store.
It is noted that the injured adults are now in the hospital. The girl received a wound that does not pose a threat to her life.
The investigator intends to petition for his detention. As part of the criminal case, the motive for the crime is established, a psychological and psychiatric examination is appointed, the department adds.
