The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the detention of all suspects in the beating of a resident of Tyumen, who was injured due to a remark made to a group of young people.

Earlier, there were reports in the local media that a member of the SVO was beaten on the street near his home by hooligan teenagers. It was alleged that these youth had long been disturbing the residents of the Tarmany microdistrict with their behavior — they were shouting in the street and insulting passers-by. A video of one of the suspects was also published. In the video, the citizen states that he first hit the victim twice on the head with a bottle, but then “realized that the situation was starting to become more violent,” and began to separate the fighters.
