Last year, VinFast began trial deliveries of its electric crossovers to California and began forming a dealer network in other states, and in July, construction began on VinFast’s own plant in North Carolina, its design capacity is 150,000 cars per year, the launch is scheduled for the second half 2025.

VinFast VF Wild is a direct analogue of the American Fisker Alaska electric pickup truck, which should go into production in 2025. In terms of dimensions, the VF Wild is close to Alaska: the length of the Vietnamese pickup truck is 5324 mm, the American one is 5304 mm. Unfortunately, there is no information about the technical contents of the VF Wild yet, but we believe that it has a monocoque body, like the Fisker pickup truck. The concept does not have central pillars of the cabin, and the rear doors open against the main movement, but the production VF Wild will probably have everything like everyone else – both pillars and doors. The windshield that extends onto the roof and the Y-shaped roof structure can easily be brought to the assembly line.
