MOSCOW, January 13, Alena Sulizova. Belarusian goalkeeper of the Moscow » Dynamo Andrei Kudravets said that the level of football in Belarus is much lower than in Russia.
In the summer of 2023, Kudravets signed a contract with Dynamo for five years. Until the winter, he played for the Belarusian BATE and joined the “blue and white” in January.
“»Before the rumors about the transfer, I wasn’t particularly aware of Dynamo, I knew, of course, some of the players, but after that I looked at the style of the team. For me, this is a step forward. The level of football in Belarus is much lower than in Russia. The agent said that there was such an option. I told him to negotiate,” Kudravets said.
Kudravets made his debut for BATE in August 2020 in the Belarusian Cup, and in April 2021 he played his first match in the national championship. He became the youngest debutant goalkeeper in the Belarusian league at the age of 17 years 227 days. In 2022, he was recognized as the best goalkeeper of the national championship (14 clean sheets).
