In January of this year in Karachay-Cherkessia, the driver of a car in which there were citizens lost control and allowed it to overturn into a cliff.

“As a result, passengers received bodily injuries of varying degrees of severity, they required medical assistance. The management of the travel agency refuses compensation payments to the victims and reimbursement of the cost of travel packages,” the department said in a statement.

It is noted that a procedural check has been launched on this fact in the Russian Investigative Committee for Karachay-Cherkessia.
