PYATIGORSK, January 11 The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered to open a criminal case after a traffic accident in which tourists were injured in Karachay-Cherkessia, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported in your Telegram channel.
According to the department, the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia received an appeal about the violation of the rights of tourists who used the services of the Boniface Tour company. In January of this year in Karachay-Cherkessia, the driver of a car in which there were citizens lost control and allowed it to overturn into a cliff.
“As a result, passengers received bodily injuries of varying degrees of severity, they required medical assistance. The management of the travel agency refuses compensation payments to the victims and reimbursement of the cost of travel packages,” the department said in a statement.
It is noted that a procedural check has been launched on this fact in the Russian Investigative Committee for Karachay-Cherkessia.
