Faizullaev moved to CSKA from the Uzbek Pakhtakor in August. This season, the midfielder took part in 18 matches, in which he scored two goals and nine assists. He has been recognized as the best football player in CSKA for the last three months. The 20-year-old football player is 167 cm tall and weighs 57 kg.

Fayzullayev was recognized as the best Uzbek player of 2023 according to the Uzbekistan Football Union (UFA). He was also among the contenders for the prize for the best player of the year under 20 according to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).
