According to the article, Rollin accused the actor's children of allegedly stopping his treatment, although they realized that it was “vitally necessary” and that such a step would “accelerate the death of their father.” She also linked the cessation of Delon's treatment to a “sudden, rapid and serious deterioration in his health.”
In July 2023, Alain Delon's children forced his companion Rollin to leave the actor's estate in the commune of Souls in the Loire department. They accused her of psychological abuse of the actor and manipulating him. In January 2024, radio station RTL reported that the prosecutor's office refused to open a case after considering the children's complaints. As specified, the department referred to the insufficiency of the crime. At the same time, Rollen’s retaliatory claims against the actor’s children were rejected for the same reason.
