Bank DOM.RF approved financing of more than 1 billion rubles. 27 companies carrying out individual housing construction under contract agreements with escrow. Under the terms of the program, the contractor can apply for a preferential loan, and the construction customer can reduce the mortgage rate.
The product sold by the bank guarantees the safety of citizens’ funds and the security of payments, increases the availability of mortgage lending, and helps contractors scale their business and ensure additional demand for services.
“Today we work both with contractors already accredited by the bank (more than 1,500), and with those who cooperates with us for the first time (more than 500) – all of them can count on affordable financing and professional banking expertise. It is important that the mechanism is regularly improved: recently the maximum lending amount without additional collateral was increased to 50 million rubles, requirements for clients were reduced, and the first projects with escrow marking appeared on the Stroim.dom.rf platform,” said Vice President and Director of Corporate Products and state programs of Bank DOM.RF Andrey Bakhmutov.
A credit line for contractors is opened for a period of up to two years at a subsidized rate. Interest is paid monthly, and the loan funds are returned to the bank from the customer's escrow account after completion of construction.
