VORONEZH, January 19 Investigators opened a criminal case after a teenager was electrocuted while tuning an electric guitar in a music studio in Voronezh, the regional department of the Russian Investigative Committee reported on Friday.

«During a rehearsal that took place in a studio on Komissarzhevskaya Street, a 13-year-old teenager was electrocuted. The minor is currently in the hospital where he is undergoing treatment,» the investigation reports.
As a representative of the regional Ministry of Health explained, the patient’s condition is assessed as satisfactory.
Investigators have seized amplifiers and surge protectors from the scene, and are interrogating the victim, his parents, and witnesses. A video recording of the rehearsal is also being studied, and a forensic medical examination has been ordered to determine the severity of the harm to the teenager’s health.
