It is noted that 54-year-old information technology expert Jurgen F. from Dachau (Bavaria) and 52-year-old Elena K. met about 15 years ago on the Internet. Jurgen F. set the condition that he would accommodate her temporarily, but the foreigner, despite persuasion, refused to move out and stayed with a friend almost for a year. In addition, she insisted that the man register her in his apartment.

The conflict intensified when the German entered into a new relationship. After another altercation in February 2023, the Ukrainian woman grabbed a kitchen knife and struck the German citizen several times, as a result of which the victim died on the spot.

The prosecutor's office brought charges of murder against Elena K. The case will be heard in the Munich District Court.
