Bank DOM.RF and the development company Brusnika launched a joint project to issue mortgages without providing documents – client data is received by the bank from the digital profile of the borrower based on API integration of the information systems of the bank, developer and platform “Sdelka.rf”.
The developed IT solution allows you to optimize and speed up the processes associated with filling out a loan application and exchanging information between the client, bank and developer.

The transition to a technologically new level of interaction with the developer will speed up customer service and reduce labor costs both on the side of the bank and the partner,” said Vice President of DOM.RF Bank Kirill Varentsov.
Sign A loan agreement, issuing a mortgage note, and registering a transaction with Rosreestr can also be done online – using an electronic digital signature, which will be issued by a bank field employee.
