In 2024, Hals-Development Group turns 30 years old. On January 21, 1994, the first legal entity in the history of Hals-Development was registered – CJSC Sistema-Hals. The company was the first Russian developer to enter the London Stock Exchange.
Today, Hals-Development's portfolio totals 3.7 million sq. m. m. Over its history, the company has implemented more than 30 projects. Among them are the legendary Central Children's House on Lubyanka, the Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia 5* hotel, opened in the year of the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, the elite quarters “Literator”, Wine House, “Theater House” and “Gardens of Beijing”, SkyLight business centers, ” Iskra-Park”, the business district “Nevskaya Ratusha” and the shopping and entertainment complex “LETO” in St. Petersburg, as well as sports facilities – the Dynamo Sports Academy and the Dynamo volleyball arena as part of the Match Point quarter.
< p class="doc__text">Under construction are the residential quarter “House 56”, the club house “Cosmo 4/22”, the premium village “Maslovo Forest Club”, the Dubinin’Sky business center, the second stage of the “Nevskaya Ratusha” quarter and other objects. The tallest office building in the capital is at the design stage – a 400-meter skyscraper in Moscow City and a business center at Dynamo.
Over 30 years of operation, Hals-Development has received more than 100 professional prizes and awards, including the international competition International Property Awards. The company is an active member of the league of leaders in the commercial real estate market CRE LEAGUE, having received ten “Golden Bricks” in the history of the CRE Awards.
