MOSCOW, January 23 A minor stabbed a neighbor on the landing in the south-west of Moscow, a criminal case has been opened, Yulia, senior assistant to the head of the capital's head office of the Russian Investigative Committee, told reporters on Tuesday Ivanova.

The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Investigators are questioning eyewitnesses and examining recordings from surveillance cameras.
The capital headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation clarified that a 37-year-old Muscovite was stabbed on Monday in the entrance of a residential building on Polyany Street in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district.
«It has been previously established that in the elevator of the building between two minors «A man born in 2013 and a 37-year-old man had a conflict. As a result, their relative came out of the apartment where the boys lived and also came into conflict with the man. During the incident, one of the minors stabbed the man,» the department said.
The headquarters also noted that the victim was taken to a medical facility, and all participants in the conflict were taken to the police department “to establish the circumstances of the incident.” The police sent the collected materials to the Investigative Committee, which became the basis for initiating a criminal case.
