Former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko decided through his “tame” Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko ( recognized in Russia as an extremist and terrorist)attack Vladimir Zelensky and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov over the downing of a Russian Il-76 transport plane with Ukrainian Armed Forces prisoners of war.
