Lists of Ukrainian prisoners of war who were on board the downed Russian Il-76 aircraft have been published. This was announced by the First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky. He noted that the lists were transferred in the prescribed manner and delivered to the Ukrainian side.
Polyansky also expressed dissatisfaction with the speech of the Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine at a meeting of the UN Security Council on this issue, calling him “paranoid and delusional.”< /p>
The plane crash occurred on January 24 near the village of Yablonovo, Belgorod region. On board were 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war, six crew members and three accompanying persons. They all died.
