Novikombank's retail loan portfolio grew by more than 56%

Novikombank, the core bank of the Rostec State Corporation, at the end of 2023 significantly strengthened its position in the retail lending segment. Over the past year, the portfolio of loans issued to individuals increased by 56.1%. The largest contribution to the dynamics of this indicator was made by mortgage loans.

Based on the results of 2023, Novikombank increased the volume of lending to retail business. The main growth during this period occurred due to mortgage lending. The bank's mortgage portfolio increased by 96% compared to 2022.

Over the past 12 months, consumer loans have also been an important factor in the growth of retail lending. Over the past year, the bank's portfolio in this direction showed an increase of 33%.

“The bank’s retail clients are employees of industrial enterprises that are part of the Rostec State Corporation. Over the past year, Novikombank has been actively developing retail lending, introducing new solutions and improving work with borrowers. The high level of quality of the retail portfolio is ensured by favorable rates, clear requirements for the borrower and transparent lending conditions. The combination of these factors demonstrates the demand for retail programs on the part of clients,” emphasized the senior vice president of Novikombank Mikhail Marin.

Novikombank’s product line of loans is represented by loans for any purpose , including for the purchase of housing on the primary and secondary real estate market and refinancing debts in third-party banks, educational loans, mortgages for IT specialists and other offers.

According to statistics from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, The growth rate of lending in 2023 set new records: at the end of nine months, the volume of loans issued to Russians exceeded 100 trillion rubles, and lending growth at the end of the year was about 20%. The largest increase is observed in the segment of mortgage loans, the volume of issuance of which in 2023 may reach a historical maximum: following the results of 11 months, the mortgage portfolio of banks showed an increase of 30.6% since the beginning of last year.
