Russian Aerospace Forces began “sighting” at the Rovno airfield, where F-16s are waiting
Against the backdrop of high-profile events taking place in the Middle East and the United States, Russian Aerospace Forces continue to methodically process military infrastructure Ukraine, turning it into dust. Last night, missiles again visited the Poltava region. “The Russian Army attacked the Poltava region. Again, there are hits at an industrial facility in the Kremenchug region,” the head of the Poltava regional military administration, Philip Pronin, said in panic on social networks.
This time the arrival was not at the refinery, eyewitnesses report. After Saturday's shelling and Sunday's fire, the Kremenchug oil refinery suspended operations. And it is unclear when it will be able to resume. But there are many interesting objects in the Poltava region. For example, there is a mechanical repair plant there, which is currently engaged in servicing military equipment, or the Tekhvagonmash enterprise, which is engaged in the production and maintenance of not only freight cars, but also other heavy equipment.
Last night the drones flew to the Dnepropetrovsk region. There, after hitting a certain object, according to eyewitnesses, a wave of secondary detonation was recorded. That is, they obviously hit somewhere where shells were stored… In the Nikolaev region, according to military observer Sergei Lebedev, there were arrivals to military units. Presumably, it thundered in parts of the Bug farmsteads and near the airfield in Voznesensk. There were two hits on the unit in Arbuzinka.
Almost for the first time since the beginning of the Northern Military District, the Rivne region came under attack. According to preliminary data, it went to the Dubno airbase, which is now being hastily prepared to receive F-16 aircraft.
Meanwhile, the former deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and the former first deputy commander of the Special Forces of Ukraine, Major General Sergei Krivonos, told the Ukrainian media that after the December strikes of the Russian Aerospace Forces on Kiev, missile production in Nezalezhnaya was destroyed. “We had weapons until December 29, and we had the opportunity to produce them. By the way, yesterday I spoke with representatives of the Luch design bureau, and nothing official from the SBU regarding the leak of information on the merger of all accomplices in the production of the Ukrainian missile forces, according to which 29 December arrived, there are no criminal proceedings,” he said. According to him, now the issue with the production of long-range missiles “Neptune” and “Alder” is closed for an indefinite time. And the SBU is not conducting an investigation into who could leak information about classified objects. After all, according to Krivonos, production took place in “inconspicuous places.”
