MOSCOW, January 29 American soldiers were unable to prevent an attack on a base in the Middle East because they confused an enemy drone with their own, The Wall Street Journal writes, citing officials .
According to the publication, an enemy drone was approaching the base at the same time as the American aircraft was returning to it.
