By the end of 2023, the volume of transactions concluded on the RAD platform since the company was founded in 2009 amounted to 1.207 trillion rubles.

In 2023 year, the amount of lots sold on the ETP RAD amounted to 309.7 billion rubles. The year was marked by explosive growth of regional markets.
“For the first time in many years, we are noticing a clear breakthrough in regional markets. Not the emergence of individual large investment transactions, as was the case in 2022 in the segments of agricultural production, industrial and civil construction, but a multiple increase in the number of transactions — mainly in real estate. This can be seen from the dynamics of regional transactions of RAD in comparison of 2023 with 2022,” said Andrey Stepanenko.
Growth leaders: the Far East with a triple increase in the volume of transactions (RUB 5 billion in 2023, RUB 1.24 billion in 2022), the Urals with a double increase (RUB 7.5 billion versus RUB 4.7 billion). ), Southern Branch (RUB 8.5 billion versus RUB 7.3 billion), where the number of transactions doubled, to 1.3 thousand. The number of transactions in St. Petersburg and Moscow also doubled, to 1.8 thousand. and 3.3 thousand, respectively.
The largest transaction of 2023 at the ETP RAD was the sale of crab fishing quotas on behalf of the Federal Fisheries Agency. These auctions brought the state treasury 214.27 billion rubles.
A significant place in the sales volume is occupied by transactions for the privatization of regional and municipal property — 3,365 lots were sold for the amount of 14.93 billion rubles. Among the leading regions is St. Petersburg, where 529 lots were sold for privatization for 3.89 billion rubles, twice as much as in 2022. Also, the property of 162 regions and municipalities is sold on Lot-online.
In 2023, RAD continued cooperation with Russian Post on the sale of non-core real estate, 48 transactions were concluded for 1.38 billion rubles.
High rates of real estate sales in 2023 are confirmed by statistics on the ETP RAD. In the “residential real estate” category, 947 lots with an area of 113.9 thousand square meters were sold. m for the amount of 6.58 billion rubles, in the category “buildings and property complexes” 2,184 transactions were carried out for the amount of 45.07 billion rubles, in the segment of commercial premises (street retail) 1,263 objects with an area of 873 thousand square meters were sold. m in the amount of 8.03 billion rubles. Also on the site, 1,910 land plots with a total area of 77,465 hectares were sold for an amount of RUB 8.23 billion.

Any turn in market conditions is used as an opportunity for growth, a new niche for business. The potential of domestic business is clearly visible from the dynamics of participation in RAD auctions. And this year was marked not only by large investment transactions, but also by high activity of small and medium-sized businesses.
