The Russian Auction House (RAH) summed up the results of the next auction within the framework of the bankruptcy procedure of OJSC Metrostroy.
- A production and warehouse complex with an area of 12.5 thousand square meters was sold . m with land plots (lease right until 2044) with a total area of 4.2 hectares in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg.
- Address: Vitebsky Avenue, 109.
- Sale price — 520 million rubles
- The buyer is JSC Metrostroy of the Northern Capital.
- The auction took place on the federal trading platform ETP RAD Lot-online.
The facility is located in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg, near the intersection of major highways — Moskovskoe (1.5 km) and Pulkovskoe highway (4.5 km), which connect the southern and central parts of St. Petersburg.
The complex is fully leased to JSC «Metrostroy of the Northern Capital» on a long-term basis.
“Yesterday, the Federal Antimonopoly Service rejected all complaints about alleged violations of the bidding procedure for buildings with land on Marshal Govorova Street, 39 (the auction took place in mid-February as part of the bankruptcy procedure of OJSC Metrostroy). The auction was recognized as legal.
The transaction for the property on Vitebsky Prospekt was the next step in the process of transferring the bankrupt property to the effective owner. The contract will be concluded with the only participant in the auction — the company JSC Metrostroy of the Northern Capital.
We work in strict accordance with the current legislation on the sale of property within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings. And we regard the challenge of bidding for Metrostroy facilities as malicious opposition to the implementation of the most important project for St. Petersburg — the construction of the metro,” says Deputy General Director of the RAD Olga Zheludkova.
