Labour's plan to protect workers' rights risks «unintentionally making people poorer», the Currys boss has warned, amid growing nervousness among business leaders over reform.

Alex Baldock told The Telegraph that Sir Keir Starmer will need to be «careful» about overhauling labor rights if Labor wins the general election.

Labour has vowed to secure a «new deal for working people». if he comes to power, which he claims will «strengthen workers' rights and make the UK work for working people.»
