Representatives of the supporting bank of the Rostec state corporation, which has been supervising the work of the Voronezh regional branch (VRO) of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia since 2018, took part in the branch meeting, which was held within the framework of the III Interregional Forum “Import and Export: opportunities, tools, practices.” VRO acted as an official partner of the forum and presented its stand at the exhibition. The main topics of discussion at the meeting were the development of the regional machine-building complex and the human resources potential of the industry.
“The synergy of competencies of the Voronezh branch of SoyuzMash, industrial enterprises and JSC JSCB NOVIKOMBANK contributes to the effective implementation of our common goals and objectives to achieve technological sovereignty and structural transformation of the economy,” noted Chairman of the Board of Novikombank, curator of the Voronezh regional branch of SoyuzMash of Russia Elena Georgieva .
In the main report, a representative of the Novikombank Business Development Department emphasized that the bank is actively involved in activities, providing a full range of products and services on affordable terms. The bank is accredited in specialized government support mechanisms; also, in agreement with its shareholder, the state corporation Rostec, it has developed its own preferential programs for industry, in particular a program for financing the defense industry at a rate of 5% per annum and freezing the base rate for certain industries.
At the WRO meeting, it was noted that the key topic affecting all levels of government and production today is the development of human resources in industry. To achieve this goal, Novikombank is implementing projects such as the Development motivation program, which gives the employer the opportunity to reward distinguished employees with the help of preferential loan products of the bank, and the Rostec employee social payment card, which gives its holder access to a number of services.
Taking into account new challenges, the bank pays special attention to supporting SoyuzMash’s key projects for economic development, such as the professional orientation campaign “Week without Turnstiles,” the “Zvezda” Olympiad, and the “Engineers of the Future” forum.
SoyuzMash and Novikombank also focus on social investments. In 2023, on the sidelines of the Voronezh Industrial Forum, Novikombank entered into a trilateral agreement on cooperation on social issues with the Department of Social Protection of the region and VRO SoyuzMash. This partnership, in particular, made it possible to organize targeted assistance to low-income and large families, as well as families with disabled children in the Voronezh region. This year, declared by the decree of the President of Russia as the Year of the Family, the bank will continue to support this important social initiative.
The meeting ended with a solemn award ceremony for promising employees of the branch of PJSC «Il»-VASO — participants in the «Engineers of the Future» forum. Representatives of Novikombank presented them with letters of gratitude and technological gifts for presenting their ideas at the forum and participating in working groups on the development of innovations.
